Small-Batch Roasting
Our roastery in Johannesburg uses modern drum roasters driven by old-school senses: sight, sound, smell, and a deep respect for the bean. We roast in small batches to keep quality high and waste low.
Whether it is a bright Kongo Coffee natural lot or a bold Kongo Coffee washed lot, our goal is to reveal the character of the farm, not mask it.
